📋 Description

• Ensure enterprise customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers and accelerate time to value • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Resolve implementation challenges across numerous customer use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse customers • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and/or customer-facing technology implementation; enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach • Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when handling customer issues • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies is ideal
