📋 Description

• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale enterprise customers • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Work through customer challenges across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and other teams • Serve as a mentor to Customer Success and Support teams • Develop deep knowledge of the Samsara platform and explain its capabilities to customers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving skills • Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred
