📋 Description

• Provide support to employees and managers on employee concerns, ensuring adherence to policies and employment law in a healthcare setting • Evaluate employee relations issues and concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions to management • Develop, implement, and administer the corrective action process in compliance with policies and laws affecting employees • Coordinate with management and recommend goals for all areas of employee relations • Counsel employees, managers, and groups to facilitate problem resolution • Conduct investigations related to discrimination and harassment complaints • Coach individuals or teams on leadership, management, or other subject areas • Meet with department leadership, employees, or managers to present training and staff development • Negotiate and collaborate with employees, managers, and varied situations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology or related field required, or at least six years of applicable work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree • Minimum one year experience in employee relations preferred • Working knowledge of human resources policies, practices, procedures, and federal and/or state employment law • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred • Must reside within SD, ND, MN, WI, IA, or NE
