📋 Description

• Run a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture using industry-leading software development practices • Ship code to production many times a day • Leverage AI tools to bring ideas to life quickly while upholding technical and product standards • Translate advanced R&D patterns into scalable applications and features for SeatGeek’s broader workforce • Design and scale foundations for effective use of AI and agentic workflows • Build performant tools and system integrations that generate business efficiency • Guide non-technical users toward greater building capabilities through robust architecture and features • Evaluate new technologies and improve the software stack, including AI tooling • Work across teams and disciplines to develop the best product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building business critical software in a fast-paced environment • Experience solving complex technical challenges, including complex real-time data integrations, powerful and scaled agentic workflows, and AI enabled automation • Passion for software craftsmanship and product • Well-considered opinions about how software should work and commitment to high-quality code • Product mindset focused on user experience and business impact • Commitment to teammates, mentoring, and learning from others • Willingness to learn tools; specific experience with the listed stack is not required
