📋 Description

• Work with the SeatGeek design team and product managers to bring ideas to life and delight fans • Mentor and grow web engineers across the organization • Contribute to increasing the maturity of the front-end technology strategy and stack • Lead product initiatives end-to-end • Build and maintain fast, reliable, inclusive, accessible web experiences • Troubleshoot caching inefficiencies and distributed systems • Use monitoring and testing to evaluate performance changes • Architect for performance and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, having led product initiatives end-to-end in recent years • Exceptional grasp of TypeScript/JavaScript and current language specifications • Familiarity with at least one modern framework and client-side rendering technique • UI and product instincts, including building inclusive and accessible experiences • Experience with architecture and performance optimization, including caching, monitoring, testing, distributed systems, performance, and maintainability • Comfort working full stack in Python when needed • Some experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch • Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js is used by the team but is not a prerequisite
