📋 Description

• Build, script, test, and deploy Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native API commands using automation and orchestration tools • Build, script, and test Compliance as Code for applying security configurations to cloud resources • Provide cloud service expertise to cloud-deployed applications and assist developers with cloud-service integration • Secure cloud services and application resources according to industry standards and cloud-provider best practices • Collect and provide evidence for security baseline adherence • Prepare operating instructions and document Infrastructure as Code • Analyze system capabilities and resolve questions about IaC intent, outputs, inputs, programming techniques, and controls • Work within an Agile SDLC using two- to three-week sprints, daily scrums, and sprint tracking software • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, scanning, and deploying code • Triage automated security tooling findings from SAST, DAST, and software composition analysis • Remediate vulnerabilities within established timeframes • Apply secure coding practices consistent with OWASP guidance and applicable DoD requirements, including relevant STIGs

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/NACI position • Bachelor's degree • Active CompTIA Security+ CE or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification • 10+ years of related experience • Experience deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, application refactoring, database migration, and SaaS integration • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell • CI/CD tools experience, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, Ansible, and JFrog Artifactory • Git/Gitbash, Git etiquette, and branching strategies • Proficiency in AWS services including Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFormation, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and S3 • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and Ansible • Experience configuring and securing cloud-based networking • Understanding of Docker or another containerization platform and container lifecycle, configuration, and maintenance • Ability to deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS, or self-managed clusters • Ability to own tasks independently within a sprint cycle
