📋 Description

• Serve as a customer-facing security expert using a consultative approach to help customers design and implement security operations solutions • Provide subject matter expertise in SIEM platform engineering, including log source onboarding, detection and correlation rule development, content management, performance tuning, and integrations • Support integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and ticketing platforms • Contribute to developing and delivering security services offerings based on customer needs • Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers’ cybersecurity technologies and needs • Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, procurement contacts, and other client stakeholders • Learn the company’s services offerings through training and self-study • Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies • Monitor new technology, trends, and market behavior • Conduct self-study and independent lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills • Develop collateral for cybersecurity sales engagements • Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements • Design and deliver presentations and product demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in identity management and security solutions • Deep technical identity governance and security knowledge, including Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, TIP, Dark Web scanning, CLM/PKI, and BAS controls • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to run demos on security operations products • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills • Initiative to research and resolve problems • Relationship-building skills and passion for technology • Strong documentation skills, including system/network diagrams and presentations • General understanding of NIST, HITRUST, and CIS security frameworks • Expert technical knowledge of security solutions • Preferred certifications include CISSP, relevant GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or relevant professional cybersecurity OEM certifications • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role • 5+ years of experience in a technical cybersecurity role • 3+ years of experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events
