📋 Description

• Act as a customer-facing Licensing Solutions Consultant • Evaluate and review complex Microsoft proposals and amendments • Execute and sell customers on new Microsoft agreements • Support enrollment activities to achieve on-time renewals and true-ups for existing SHI customers • Interpret Microsoft volume license contracts for customers and prospects • Assist Microsoft Account Executives and Customer Success Specialists with SHI’s Agreement Optimization Plan (T-36) using various tools, portals, and applications • Educate sales teams on Microsoft programs and best practices for driving Enterprise Agreements and Microsoft revenue • Strategize on deliverables for cost analysis and proposal creation • Develop and implement company-wide and client-facing training webinars on changes in Microsoft licensing, products, and programs • Maintain current knowledge of relevant Microsoft certifications and technologies • Collaborate with Microsoft teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 2–4 years of experience providing Microsoft Volume Licensing sales support • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events • Willingness to obtain MCP or similar certification within the first year of SHI employment • Willingness to obtain AZ900 certification within the first 6 months of SHI employment • Willingness to obtain MS900 certification within the first 6 months of SHI employment • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools (Intermediate) • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint presentation creation, including customized layouts, multimedia, and transition effects (Intermediate) • Expertise in managing and optimizing Microsoft volume licensing agreements and operations (Intermediate) • Proficiency in providing expert product or service knowledge and guidance (Intermediate) • In-depth understanding of State and Local Government and/or Education customer needs, regulations, and operational dynamics (Intermediate) • Strong communication, presentation, analytical thinking, data analysis, critical thinking, adaptability, conceptual thinking, initiative, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
