📋 Description

• Design and deliver enterprise Power BI analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic models, aligned to business objectives and user needs. • Leverage Tabular Editor, Power Query, and DAX to create optimized dataflows, semantic models, and complex calculations for scalable analytics solutions. • Apply human-centered design (HCD) principles and information design best practices to promote intuitive user experiences and maximize data understanding. • Ensure all deliverables align with WCAG 2 or 508 accessibility standards within the tool capabilities, supporting inclusive analytics that align with user needs. • Lead discovery sessions and collaborate with architects, data engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business questions into effective analytics solutions. • Implement governance, security, and access controls, including Row Level Security and role-based access in compliance with client requirements. • Support client adoption through documentation, training, and post-implementation support. • Contribute reusable assets, standards, and best practices to the Data and AI consulting practice. • Maintain accountability for deliverables, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and quality. • Provide ongoing support for post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and client queries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, UX Design, Information Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. • Three or more years of experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with relational data sources using SQL or equivalent query languages. • Demonstrated application of human centered design principles in analytics or visualization solutions. • Experience working in a consulting or enterprise delivery environment with direct client engagement. • Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables across concurrent projects. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy concepts in analytics solutions. • Commitment to continuous learning in Microsoft cloud and analytics technologies.
