📋 Description

• Configure, administer, customize, and script the ServiceNow ITSM tool • Develop technical solutions with ITS Management leadership to satisfy business needs • Build service requests, request items, and tasks using workflows • Automate repetitive ServiceNow tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality • Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration • Gather specifications and deliver products/releases meeting requirements • Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems • Generate views and reports with IT managers • Analyze user requirements and procedures to improve system capabilities and automate workflows • Coordinate and complete assigned projects, including defining projects, assigning tasks, and maintaining deadlines • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data • Provide on-call emergency solution support and after-hours support as assigned • Maintain goals, timelines, commitments, attention to detail, organization, and accuracy • Train and mentor team members and develop training materials • Communicate updates and training to stakeholders • Monitor application health, usage, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or IT required, or 2 years of ServiceNow Development Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics Technology, IT Management, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university preferred • ServiceNow Admin and Developer certification preferred but not required • Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP • Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes • Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems • Knowledge of cross-browser and platform compatibility requirements, including IE rendering issues • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good web design practices • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to design, develop, and support web-based applications and websites • Ability to interface and develop with Java/J2EE backend technologies • Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes • Ability to provide on-call and after-hours support as assigned • Ability to train and mentor team members
