📋 Description

• Own how services run in production, including Kubernetes controllers and reconcilers • Build pipelines that ingest, normalize, and store identity and security event data at production scale • Design and build high-availability, distributed systems for enterprise-scale workloads • Build developer tooling, including CI/CD, local environments, and onboarding documentation • Own the GCP environment, including networking and storage • Own the observability stack, including metrics, alerting, and request tracing • Maintain the secure-by-design product principle at the platform layer in partnership with security engineering • Collaborate with product and design from early stages and contribute across the stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform engineering with production Go • Proficiency in writing production Go code • Software engineering profile with strong platform chops, not a “point-and-click” / DevOps person • Owned Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines in production • CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience • GCP or comparable hyperscaler experience, including networking, storage, and compute • Experience with Terraform, observability tooling, Postgres, PKI, or compliance infrastructure • Experience at an early-stage startup or building a platform from 0 → 1 • Enterprise SaaS or relevant software background • CS degree or equivalent practical experience • Bonus experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling, identity/access management infrastructure, or compliance requirements such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
