📋 Description

• Assess the client's current data systems and design a data management framework • Build and maintain a central data repository • Implement data validation rules and automated cleansing • Configure access controls using least-privilege principles • Develop backup and disaster-recovery plans • Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting pipelines • Maintain a data dictionary and enforce naming standards • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government client's Contracting Officer and COR • Maintain oversight across the contract, including analysts' work • Respond to calls within 24 hours • Support a future-looking, growth-oriented team modernizing government services

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience • Database architecture, development, and administration experience • Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning • Understanding of report development and automation • Hands-on experience developing data frameworks • General understanding of AWS • Experience building or improving data governance frameworks, including data quality, security, and access control • Experience serving as a trusted client point of contact • Ability to stay calm and responsive under deadlines • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Prior experience supporting a federal statistical, data, or reporting program preferred • Python, Java, SQL, and Tableau experience preferred • AWS certification preferred
