📋 Description

• Independently consult on and recruit for individual contributor and manager roles • Identify qualified candidates through competency-based phone screens and accurately represent Sleep Number • Manage Workday Applicant Tracking System data for accuracy and currency • Proactively address talent acquisition challenges and monitor market intelligence and hiring trends • Source candidates and build pipelines through networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, CRM, job boards, and social/digital channels • Partner with interview teams, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, HR Business Partners, and candidates throughout the application-to-offer process • Provide onboarding support and model Talent Acquisition best practices • Identify process improvements and propose ideas • Contribute to recruiting strategies affecting workload, candidate flow, and quality of hire

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full life-cycle Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience • Experience working across a variety of functions and locations • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience required • Advanced candidate sourcing and talent assessment skills • Ability to build and maintain internal and external networks • Ability to partner with, influence, and instill trust with mid-level business leaders • Ability to develop and execute business-aligned action plans • Ability to analyze and interpret talent acquisition data, recognize trends, and make recommendations • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of interviewing and hiring • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and mentor others • High integrity, confidentiality, and appropriate discretion • Customer service orientation • Interest in learning and commitment to continuous improvement • Proven research skills using LinkedIn preferred; familiarity with other social networking channels is a plus • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Workday • Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to speak on the phone for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to sit or stand at a desk in front of a computer for up to 8 hours per day
