📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day functions of the Identity Governance and Administration solution • Implement automation, scripting, configuration-as-code, and administration to extend platform capabilities • Work with application owners, business analysts, and IAM Architects to onboard applications • Configure IAM tools for new applications • Develop roles mapped to RBAC, ABAC, and PBA authorization models • Develop entitlement assignment workflows and access request flows • Install new functionality on IAM platforms and tools according to the IAM roadmap • Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM technologies and processes on identity-related projects • Collaborate with DBAs, application administrators, developers, testers, and others to troubleshoot issues, address design challenges, and improve performance • Provide guidance on IAM capabilities, configuration, debugging, deployment, and platform updates • Create system configuration and process design documentation, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, operating procedures, and application integration documentation • Provide tier 3/escalation support, including incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution • Participate in cross-training with IAM team members and solution administrators • Assist with reporting and metrics • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on IAM experience • Progressively responsible software engineering experience in large-scale, complex IT environments • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree • SailPoint Certified Identity Cloud Engineer • Expertise in relational databases and SQL • Experience implementing and administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, SailPoint NERM/SecZetta, Azure Federation Services, or other leading IAM platforms and tools • Hands-on production experience configuring and administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), operating independently with minimal oversight • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including configuring SSO integrations and provisioning via SCIM • Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies, and standards for IAM • Information security, technology, and identity and access management fundamentals • Excellent communication and technical writing skills • Ability to communicate technical requirements and security controls to partners • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential
