📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET systems for the Sport Math Team • Ensure high performance, resilience, and alignment with business objectives • Mentor engineers and improve development practices • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient software architectures • Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing applications • Conduct code reviews for quality, security, and adherence to best practices • Deliver production-ready code in a timely manner • Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members • Collaborate with product management, design, and operations to align development with business goals • Research and implement technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and processes • Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges • Drive continuous improvement in development practices • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation • Communicate with stakeholders and present technical concepts and project updates

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in designing scalable and resilient .NET systems using microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches • Advanced C# skills • RESTful API development • Asynchronous programming • Mastery of design and resilience patterns, including DDD, CQRS, and circuit breaker • Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, and indexing • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Hands-on experience with Kafka • Experience with high-load system optimization, caching, and distributed computing • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation • Strong focus on testing with xUnit and NUnit • Monitoring experience with Serilog and App Insights • Secure coding practices • Proven experience mentoring peers and driving technical decisions in Agile teams • Upper-Intermediate+ English • B2+ Ukrainian/Russian • Experience leading or managing software development projects is nice-to-have • Familiarity with Azure and AWS and cloud-native service design is nice-to-have • Experience improving software development practices and SDLC processes is nice-to-have
