📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and operate code services and capabilities for the Solventum-HIS AI Fabric • Build scalable platform capabilities for AI inferencing, lightweight agentic AI workflows, and lifecycle management • Develop frameworks and services supporting LLMs, SLMs, MCP, AI agents, tool integration and orchestration, and agentic workflows for medical documentation and coding • Build APIs, SDKs, reusable services, and developer tooling for safe AI integration • Engineer scalable, available, distributed systems using cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes containers, and microservices • Develop production-grade model registry, agentic state management, observability, lineage deployment, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD capabilities • Implement security, privacy, data protection, reliability, and operational readiness for regulated healthcare environments • Collaborate with Engineering, Sciences, Product, Architecture, and Security teams • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement • Establish strong design and SDLC practices • Travel up to 10% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start • Five (5)–(10) years of computer science or software development experience, including building and operating production software • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, and TypeScript • Experience developing products on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, CI/CD, and production on-call operations • Experience building REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC • Experience with event-driven design • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, vector search, and model evaluation • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and concepts such as LangGraph, LangChain, tool calling, multi-agent systems, and workflow orchestration • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Healthcare technology experience is a plus • Strong discipline in automated testing, code coverage, code quality, security, privacy, reliability, performance, and code sustainability
