• Generate revenue by representing Sourcewell’s Enterprise Solution team • Reach profit and margin goals by developing relationships with key and targeted agency accounts • Manage, retain, and grow assigned agency accounts • Mentor and train other team members • Represent Government Accounts at internal and external meetings • Manage a portfolio of complex agency relationships and/or mentor a small team of account representatives/executives • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing agency accounts • Identify and build relationships with agency decision-makers and influencers • Identify standard organizational solutions that meet agency needs, including quantities and product configurations • Present solutions with clear rationale and alignment to agency objectives • Prepare and conduct tailored presentations and targeted questioning for agency stakeholders • Collaborate internally and serve as the agency champion in cross-functional teams • Develop a personal network within the assigned territory and represent the organization at events • Enter researched and gathered client information into the CRM system • Maintain knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct • Identify, report, resolve, and escalate compliance issues as appropriate • Participate in assessment, development planning, training, and coaching activities • Maintain knowledge of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years • Six (6) years of demonstrated experience within military installations including purchasing, administration, or other directly related experience • Experience working with or within military installations or command • Experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management focused on military clients • Must be able to meet travel requirements, approximately twelve (12) times per year • Seven years of U.S. military service preferred • Previous experience with U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Army preference in installation management preferred • Experience in change management and guiding organizations through evolving DoW priorities preferred • Knowledge of Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs) preferred • Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) preferred • Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) funding allocation preferred • Comprehensive ability to understand Department of War (DoW) budgets and forecasting preferred • Understanding of emerging military installation priorities preferred
