📋 Description

• Selling roofing products and services to homeowners. • Meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs. • Providing product and service recommendations. • Closing sales to achieve sales targets. • Conducting 8 - 12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week. • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. • Attending trainings and staying up-to-date on products and services. • Completing a thorough PAID two-week training program as part of onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of prior sales experience • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed. • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. • Willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Authorization to work in the United States.
