📋 Description

• Support the current CTI product and enhance software integrations with various PBX technologies • Develop new features that improve Spok’s customer experience • Work with Development leads to design and implement CTI solutions • Support technical experts in developing telephony systems and call centers • Participate hands-on in the software development process, design, architecture, and technical direction • Contribute new code, review pull requests, and implement small to mid-sized projects from start to finish • Monitor development efforts through progress reports, roadblocks, and retrospectives • Participate in architecture, design, and development of new features • Work with the Product Owner to meet requirements and acceptance criteria • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Support the application lifecycle from concept through design, testing, release, and support • Follow development, documentation, testing, and deployment processes • Provide development support for existing field applications • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues • Assist with technical documentation, including installation and configuration guides • Stay current with technology evolutions, especially AI and its application to development efficiency • Work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally to resolve complex customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2–5 years of relevant experience • 1–3 years’ experience with C# • Advanced experience with Microsoft stack web development, including ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SignalR, React, and Angular • 1–2 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell Scripting • Experience in an Agile-based development environment • Experience with build pipelining and CI/CD practices • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle • Experience with unit testing • Experience with Git • Familiarity with common call center terminology and features, including call control features, agent state, and call queuing
