📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams in strategic engagements with enterprise clients • Act as a key member of the account team for the assigned territory during sales cycles • Build prospect and customer confidence around Sprinklr’s product suite and integrations • Lead discovery sessions covering marketing, social media, customer care, and CX goals • Research prospects’ go-to-market strategies and identify solution hypotheses and customer-experience value drivers • Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform • Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on demos, solution architectures, business outcomes, and go-to-market strategy • Translate complex platform capabilities into business value for executive and practitioner audiences • Stay current on mar-tech, social media, contact center, and customer experience trends • Participate in mentorship and peer learning across the global presales team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients • Experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting • Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence, and CCaaS platforms and system integrations • Strong storytelling and presentation skills • Track record of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning • Demonstrates empathy and builds trust quickly • Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US • Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based • No requirement for visa sponsorship or work authorization support • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) • 5+ years' experience in a solutions consulting/sales engineering role (preferred qualifications) • Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXM platforms is a plus • Understanding of AI and automation applied to marketing and CX use cases • Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in mar-tech environments • Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proficient technical aptitude and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology applications
