📋 Description

• Design and implement Stacklok Enterprise platform subsystems end to end, from technical design through production and ongoing improvement • Write production Go code for commercial software running in customer Kubernetes environments • Build observability, testing, and error handling into production systems • Make design tradeoffs with product and engineering leadership • Mentor engineers and strengthen product engineering culture • Work with customers to operationalize the Enterprise Platform and turn feedback into product improvements • Contribute to the open-source ToolHive codebase and collaborate with community contributors • Apply AI-assisted workflows and develop reusable tooling and playbooks • Own platform areas and serve as a go-to decision maker • Help customers move from proof-of-concept to production

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Go • Proven track record designing and shipping complete production-grade distributed systems as part of a commercial software product • Hands-on experience deploying and running applications on Kubernetes in production • Experience with customer cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience mentoring engineers, driving code review, and raising team quality • Experience working directly with customers to onboard them and debug the product • Experience integrating AI tools into development practices and turning AI-assisted workflows into repeatable velocity gains • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-directed, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
