📋 Description

• Oversee and implement system integrations and data transmissions between Treasury systems, ERP, and external data providers • Lead the design and implementation of Treasury data and analytics frameworks, including business intelligence reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools • Establish and maintain Treasury data governance standards for accuracy, security, compliance, and quality • Drive workflow optimization using RPA, agentic AI, and other automation tools • Assess new business cases by defining technical requirements, evaluating system needs and data flows, and identifying analytics objectives • Lead cross-functional initiatives representing Treasury Services and supporting system enhancements and integrations • Provide strategic insights and data-driven reporting to Treasury leadership • Develop and maintain business intelligence and data management policies and procedures • Cross-train on treasury functions and provide coverage as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university required • Minimum of seven (7) years of directly related work experience with demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making required • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and data visualization best practices • Ability to define system requirements, map data flows, and translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong project management skills • Strong technical knowledge of relational databases, basic programming, reporting software, data warehouses, data modeling, ETL, SQL, multi-tenancy or SaaS, and reporting tools • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Initiative, dependability, and flexibility • Knowledge of treasury systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Workday), with experience in system integrations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
