📋 Description

• Serve as subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects • Analyze and evaluate requirements and provide product expertise and guidance throughout projects • Ensure solutions meet client business needs and clients are prepared to operate solutions after go-live • Assist Professional Services team members and develop and share best practices • Analyze client requirements for sales opportunities • Contribute to sales presentations and proof-of-concept projects • Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on implementation and operation best practices • Monitor client requirements to identify potential product and service enhancements • Document and communicate product improvements • Communicate software defects to Technical Support and Product Management • Support defect resolution by describing defects and validating fixes • Identify documentation errors and suggest corrections and improvements • Mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to the Best Practices library

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Equities background • Subject-matter expertise in at least one of Compliance, Equity, Fixed Income, Investment Solutions, Technology, Wealth Management, or Project Management • Advanced consulting skills • Experience supporting or implementing investment management solutions within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth management firm • Experience with order management and compliance solutions especially valuable • Advanced knowledge of fixed income or equity financial instruments • Experience with investment management or wealth management workflows • Solid understanding of derivatives and FX instruments • Basic command of SQL and understanding of relational databases • Familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is a plus • Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting packages is a plus • Strong client service, verbal communication, written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science • 8+ years of experience • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the United States and Canada • Ability to work effectively when remote from clients • Travel of 30–50% is typical but may exceed that in a given year
