📋 Description

• Support a thoughtful and effective employee experience within HR Shared Services • Provide analytical support and operational oversight across complex HR and full employee lifecycle functions • Analyze data, develop insights, troubleshoot issues, participate in special projects, and drive process improvements, including emerging AI technologies • Identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommend standardization and improvements across the employee lifecycle • Support employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal, and IT on lifecycle processes and systems • Own Tier II specialized support for immigration, unemployment, complex employee issues, and data integrity in Workday and other enterprise systems • Improve shared services tools, systems, employee self-service, workflow automation, and adoption • Administer FreshService ticketing systems and tools supporting metrics and reporting • Produce monthly and quarterly data insights for internal customers and the People team • Research employment laws and support legally compliant policies, compliance processes, and audit standards • Provide recommendations to Shared Services leadership and maintain vendor relationships • Own and participate in ad hoc People team projects • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve efficiency and outcomes • Learn and apply new technologies and role-specific tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR in a people-focused or HR operations role • Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Creativity and analytical skills • Ability to multitask and ruthlessly prioritize tasks • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to adapt plans using internal and external inputs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with all levels of the company • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools • Skill in analyzing and synthesizing metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
