📋 Description
• Supports assigned client groups by acting as a business partner demonstrating expertise in interpreting and administering policies and procedures • Partners with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, coaching, and solutions • Coordinates and administers HR processes and programs, including employee documentation, performance management, conflict resolution, and offboarding • Maintains employee records with confidentiality and professionalism
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field of study • Two (2) years human resources generalist experience • Highly skilled at goal setting, coaching, performance evaluation • Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and procedures • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
