📋 Description

• Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials for Stripe's products and use cases, applying instructional design principles and relevant industry standards • Partner with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers to identify learning needs and validate technical content • Create e-learning modules, tutorials, documentation, videos, and interactive demonstrations for different audiences • Develop assessments that measure learner comprehension and progress • Use learner feedback, assessment results, and training data to evaluate effectiveness and improve content • Lead training sessions and workshops for content ahead of general availability, gathering feedback to refine the materials • Maintain accurate, relevant training materials as Stripe’s products evolve, incorporating applicable developments in technology and instructional design

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training • Experience translating complex technical concepts into written, multimedia, or interactive learning materials for different audiences • Experience developing digital learning content using authoring, learning management, and multimedia tools • Experience using learning feedback and training data to evaluate and improve learning materials • Experience managing multiple content projects and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
