📋 Description

• Support upcoming needs for ICF’s federal customers as a Lead Appian Developer • Develop and maintain Appian BPM solutions • Develop Appian plugins • Install and work with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, and IIS • Configure, debug, and integrate systems, including forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components • Work with relational databases and SQL scripts • Participate in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications using Agile methodologies • Define and document architecture for technology implementations using different architectural views • Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements • Collaborate with teams and federal customers to deliver digital modernization solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Appian BPM • 5+ years of experience developing Appian Plugins • 5+ years of experience with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, or IIS as part of installation • 5+ years of experience configuring, debugging, and performing systems integration, including forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components • 5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting • 5+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications using Agile methodologies • Bachelor's degree • US Citizenship or Green Card holder required due to federal contract requirements • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States • Certified Level 2 or Level 3 Appian Developer preferred • Experience with Appian Tempo preferred • Java developer experience is a strong plus • Recent software development project experience in a Federal government setting • Experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations using different architectural views • Exposure to Appian BPM, IBM WebSphere, Mule, LAMP/JBoss, Hadoop, Java, and Microsoft/.NET preferred • Experience in enterprise application integration, SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architectures preferred • Experience with Appian Sites • Java development with Maven builds experience is a strong plus • Ability to understand long-term and short-term perspectives • Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements • Excellent analytical and technical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship
