📋 Description

• Manage and grow an assigned agent base across Northern California • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding agents’ business needs and identifying growth opportunities • Manage agent relationships through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and calls • Develop growth strategies and discuss production expectations • Answer agent inquiries about Swyfft products and services • Assist with agent training and education webinars • Promote the Swyfft brand at conferences, events, and trade shows • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions • Track agent contacts, communications, revenue potential, and updates in HubSpot CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales and account management experience (in an MGA, carrier, or agency environment preferred) • Existing agency relationships in the assigned territory • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Self-motivated, with initiative and ability to get the job done • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask • Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience using video and chat technology (MS Teams & Slack) • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity • Designated quiet work-from-home space
