📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of features and products across the consumer platform, including Career.io, Resume.io, and adjacent surfaces • Serve as product owner, designer, and engineer for the assigned domain • Build front-end UI, back-end services, and product instrumentation • Ship continuously and safely using AI tooling while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability • Define measurable success criteria, monitor metrics, and iterate or discontinue work based on data • Collaborate directly with strategy, design, and engineering colleagues • Make product decisions for ambiguous problems and defend prioritization choices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven full-stack ability across modern front end, backend services, and data • Experience with TypeScript/React or equivalent front-end technologies • Ability to ship features end to end without handoffs • Track record of shipping products end to end, including ownership of scope, tradeoffs, and results • Existing meaningful experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Design • Ability to demonstrate real work where AI tooling materially multiplied throughput • Strong product judgment in ambiguous situations • Ability to define, instrument, and interpret metrics • Ability to balance speed with quality and maintainability • Authorization to work for any US employer • Nice to have: familiarity with careers, hiring, resumes, marketplaces, or high-traffic consumer products • Nice to have: familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and modern data tooling • Nice to have: public body of work such as shipped products, open source, writing, or side projects
