📋 Description

• Manage job postings across platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn • Proactively source candidates across all platforms • Review resumes and screen candidates • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and upcoming roles • Coordinate and schedule interviews • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process • Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the pipeline • Track and report on hiring metrics, including applications, interviews, and offers • Coordinate onboarding for all new hires • Send offer letters and collect required documentation • Ensure completion of onboarding tasks, including I-9, credentials, and compliance forms • Set up new hires in internal systems, including EHR and email • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience • Act as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting, onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or HR softwares and other office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and standard office equipment • Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 10–15 pounds • Some walking, bending, and standing may be required
