📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations and maintenance of the AWS environment, including EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, S3, and IAM • Manage deployments of new features and fixes with application teams through structured intake and ad hoc request processes • Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, Helm charts, and GitLab CI/CD pipeline templates • Diagnose cross-cutting infrastructure issues, including networking misconfigurations, IAM permission boundaries, and Kubernetes scheduling failures • Evaluate blast radius and downstream impact before proposing solutions • Translate platform changes and new standards into actionable guidance for application teams • Improve environment observability and stability using Datadog • Participate in on-call rotation with full production ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering • Strong proficiency in Linux administration in production environments, including RHEL-based system management • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred), Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or comparable tooling • Experience deploying and managing infrastructure in AWS • Strong cross-functional communication skills • Experience with Ansible, AWX, and Packer is a plus • Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for operational tooling, or Datadog or a comparable observability platform is a plus • Exposure to AWS Bedrock or AI agent development in an infrastructure context is a plus • Position is open to U.S. citizens only • This role is not eligible for sponsorship
