📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from product presentation and value proposition through negotiation and deal closure • Achieve and exceed sales targets • Identify decision-makers and influencers and manage multiple stakeholders • Understand the market and refine sales tactics and value propositions for prospective customers • Inform product and marketing strategy through customer insights and feedback • Provide strategic feedback to Product and Operations teams to improve sales velocity and adoption • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional and marketing materials • Transition new customers onto the platform with Operations and Customer Success teams • Prospect for new opportunities and nurture existing relationships • Build a community reputation and professional network • Partner with the CEO and key team members on local and national roadshows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years prior inside sales experience in B2B SaaS preferred • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) • Ability to work within a team toward individual and collective goals • Effective written, verbal, and in-person communication • Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail • Ability to learn new software applications quickly • Active listening and problem-solving ability • Willingness to maintain high activity levels, including daily calls, emails, and prospect meetings • Ability to travel quarterly • Candidates currently prioritized in Pacific or Mountain time zones
