📋 Description

• Lead scope definition, technical design, and work planning during the pre-sales process • Present TELUS Digital's engineering capabilities to prospective clients • Play the lead role in technical architecture and discovery projects • Refine product and technical architecture for client projects using consulting methods • Develop thematic expertise within a technology vertical, including solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership • Strengthen existing project teams with account-level architectural guidance or thematic expertise • Support ongoing projects and help realize client partner visions • Showcase the company's capabilities to potential clients and lead client architecture initiatives • Dedicate time to training and development during slower periods

🎯 Requirements

• Cross-platform familiarity and expertise in one or more areas: frontend, backend, cloud, or data • Proficiency or experience with Swift, Kotlin, .NET MAUI, React Native, React, Angular, Flutter, or TypeScript • Experience with APIs and backend technologies such as Node.js, Spring, .NET, or Python • Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with data services and systems: SQL, NoSQL, or Kafka • Experience with content management systems, analytics platforms, and third-party frameworks • Experience delivering software in an agency or client services environment • Experience in commercial conversations involving budgets and fees • Experience in software estimation, work planning, and developing project plans under time and cost constraints • Ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Enthusiasm for learning mobile software development principles • Experience with rapid iteration and refining a product vision with a client • Experience with modern processes such as continuous delivery, rapid iteration, and agile methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use repeatable frameworks and best practices to adopt new technologies or concepts • Interest in the client organization as a whole and desire to grow an account • Comfortable in pre-sales and post-sales environments • Attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity • Bonus: experience with Amazon Connect, Zendesk CCaaS, Google CES, Five9, Genesys CCaaS, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform/Vertex AI, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
