📋 Description

• Collaborate with prospects to determine whether their applications fit Temporal’s platform • Educate customers and prospects on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service • Position Temporal against competing technologies and architectural patterns • Increase adoption and expansion of Temporal in customer production environments • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans • Manage relationships with technical decision-makers so customers fully leverage Temporal’s capabilities • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, assisting with opportunity scoping and sizing and advising on technical fit and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Reside within the Western Time Zone; San Francisco and Denver preferred • Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing • Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices • Proficiency building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance in Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP • Firm grasp of production operational considerations, including security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations • Ability to advise on application patterns and platform architectures • Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application development and production services • Ability to advise Sales Account Executives on opportunity scoping, sizing, technical fit, and challenges
