📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs • Build and maintain intuitive and performant frontend applications • Own projects end-to-end from architecture through deployment and monitoring • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Participate in design and code reviews • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and ensure system reliability • Improve engineering processes, tools, and team practices • Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team • Provide technical guidance to peers and help define platform evolution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices • Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or equivalent • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, or TypeScript • Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS • Proven ability to own complex projects and deliver them end-to-end • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and technologies, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, SFT, and Vector Databases, is a plus • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus • GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Data Engineer are a plus
