• 2-5 years of sales, customer service, SDR, BDR, or consultative selling experience • Coachable, humble, disciplined, and hungry to grow • Comfortable having real conversations with prospects and decision-makers • Strong communicator and listener • Organized and accountable • Self-motivated and team-oriented • Values-aligned with strong character and work ethic • Looking for a real opportunity, not a short-term stop • Nice to Have: Telecom, internet, technology, or infrastructure-related experience; CRM familiarity; Hospitality, property, or small-business sales exposure; Experience with consultative or process-driven selling
