📋 Description

• Leverage advanced agentic AI tools to add functionality to existing code stacks within large, complex programs • Make high-impact contributions to strategically critical projects across LMI’s portfolio • Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to identify system pain points and implement solutions in an agile environment • Transition between programs and prioritize high-impact initiatives • Analyze customer requirements and program objectives to develop mission-aligned solutions • Work in multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrations and resolve technical challenges • Ensure compliance with security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices • Document technical solutions and improvements for knowledge transfer • Conduct rigorous testing for performance, scalability, and reliability of code

🎯 Requirements

• Eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance; only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Active Secret clearance preferred • 3–5 years applying development in a production environment • 3–5 years of full-stack development experience maintaining and improving front-end and back-end systems • Demonstrated proficiency using agentic AI coding tools to enhance existing code stacks at scale • Proficiency in at least one back-end language, Python preferred, and one front-end framework/tool, TypeScript preferred • Familiarity with developing and consuming RESTful APIs • Strong foundational skills with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB • Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams • Comfortable using Git; GitLab preferred • Proficiency with automated testing frameworks, security protocols, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Desired: advanced proficiency in agentic AI tools • Desired: experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Desired: microservices and containerized solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes • Desired: UI/UX skills and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular • Desired: DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible • Desired: data engineering, ETL tools, data pipelines, and real-time analytics platforms • Desired: Security+ or CISSP certification • Desired: advanced Agile or SAFe knowledge, including sprint planning and ceremonies
