📋 Description
• Take new AI products from idea to production • Talk to users and turn vague needs into clear workflows and designs • Build tools used to test, evaluate, and monitor agents • Use data and evaluations to decide what to build next • Write demos and documentation that drive product adoption • Work across software engineering, applied machine learning, customer engagement, and product judgment
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years building user-facing software with end-to-end ownership • Hands-on work with LLMs or agents • Strong full-stack skills • Product sense and clear communication • Bay Area and New York are preferred locations • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future • Nice to have: designed evaluation frameworks • Nice to have: startup or founding-engineer background
