📋 Description

• Provide training and support to end users of HR Systems, including e-HR, Time Managers Workplace, SuccessFactors, and SAP • Deliver monthly standard HR reporting • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits staff to develop ad hoc queries and new standard reporting • Troubleshoot and test third-party inbound and outbound interface files • Troubleshoot and understand SAP technical solutions • Complete end-user acceptance testing for SAP break/fix and enhancement changes • Manage HR System user security • Identify enhancements and efficiencies to support continuous improvement of HR systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field • Minimum 1 year experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems • Strong MS Excel skills • Troubleshooting skills • Technical documentation skills • Functional knowledge of HR/Benefit/Payroll legal requirements, business processes and best practices • Demonstrated time management, organizational and customer service skills
