📋 Description

• Lead the technical side of TQA’s Microsoft practice in the United States • Lead solution design on live pursuits • Write and own technical content for proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses • Estimate scope, effort, delivery shape, and commercial risk • Serve as senior technical voice in pitches, executive briefings, and competitive bake-offs • Run discovery workshops, assessments, and architecture reviews • Design and productise repeatable solution offerings • Build and maintain offering assets, including reference architectures, demos, and estimating models • Own architecture for US-based Microsoft engagements from design authority through production • Set technical quality standards and review delivery output • Maintain governance and security standards • Resolve technical escalations on live accounts • Turn delivered work into client-approved references and case studies • Mentor consultants and developers and support practice skilling • Build relationships with Microsoft field teams • Support co-sell motions, joint account planning, and Microsoft-sourced pipeline • Lead funded Azure pre-sales engagements, assessments, proofs of value, and migration or modernisation plans • Represent TQA in Microsoft field briefings, partner events, and joint customer workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Microsoft-stack consulting or solution architecture • 3+ years shaping solutions in live pursuits (pre-sales, bid or solutioning work) • Enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure architecture and delivery experience • Experience with landing zones, subscription design, identity, networking, security, and cost management • Hands-on Microsoft Fabric or comparable enterprise data platform experience, including capacity and licensing models • Azure data services experience • Experience designing AI solutions on Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI • Knowledge of retrieval strategy, service selection, quota and cost management, evaluation, and responsible AI • Ability to distinguish when an agent belongs in Copilot Studio versus Foundry • Commercial experience writing proposals, helping close deals, and leading pitches • Ability to estimate and price work • Experience working with Microsoft account teams, partner investment funding, and co-sell referrals • Experience taking cloud, data, or agent estates from pilot to governed scale • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or current successor; active or lapsed and renewed within first 90 days • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Right to work in the United States at the point of application • Must not require visa sponsorship • Ability to distinguish generally available capabilities from preview capabilities and keep current with platform changes
