📋 Description

• Communicating with customers by email and phone in Norwegian and responding to their inquiries. • Troubleshooting minor device issues and assisting customers with their questions. • Informing customers about the current status of their warranty. • Arranging service interventions for more complex device repairs. • Assisting with the complaints process. • Keeping up to date with new technology trends and market changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of Norwegian (C1 level). • Knowledge of English is an advantage. • Excellent computer skills. • Strong communication skills. • You are communicative and enjoy helping people. • You are motivated and responsible.
