📋 Description

• Lead portfolio operations and drive speed-to-value across product and technology teams • Own a single source of truth for portfolio health, including initiatives, dependencies, blockers, and metrics • Analyze workflows across product and IT to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and misalignments • Conduct portfolio health reviews and escalate risks early • Define speed and value frameworks and build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences • Track cycle time, deployment frequency, time-to-first-value, and ROI for leadership decision-making • Diagnose and resolve high-impact organizational challenges • Design systemic solutions, measure outcomes, and iterate • Develop playbooks, templates, and operating models to standardize ways of working • Build scalable solutions for vendor selection, onboarding, handoffs, and approval workflows • Recommend data-driven changes to workflows, team structure, and capabilities • Evaluate pragmatic adoption of AI tooling, automation, and modern delivery frameworks • Translate portfolio status and outcomes into executive briefs • Influence senior leadership on priorities and trade-offs • Build relationships with teams, understand challenges, and mentor Program Managers and Team Leads • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven or more years of program/portfolio management experience in product, IT operations, or technology delivery environments • Experience building metrics, dashboards, and measurement frameworks • Strong data fluency • Experience improving cross-team coordination, removing operational friction, and solving organizational challenges • Experience in matrixed or distributed organizations preferred • Ability to influence without authority • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable working with ambiguity and a bias toward action • Understanding of technical products and services and ability to partner with engineers on trade-offs • End-to-end product development life-cycle experience, including commercialization planning, go-to-market strategy, and successful product/service launch and adoption • Understanding of development, engineering, and sales processes, including Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Pragmatic Marketing Framework, and Miller Heiman • Experience in medical devices and/or healthcare, including Clinical Engineering or Clinical Asset Management, preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Superior executive presentation skills and sound judgment • Strategic planning, organizational, and program management skills • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes • Creative problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to travel up to 15%, or approximately three business days per month • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline required, or equivalent experience
