📋 Description

• Shape Trinity’s data infrastructure and enable data-driven growth and innovation • Manage a team of skilled data engineers • Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of data systems • Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures • Design, develop, and maintain data quality control processes and workflows • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and root causes • Lead data cleansing and enrichment, including deduplication, standardization, and augmentation • Develop and execute data validation tests and checks • Maintain documentation of data quality processes, procedures, and issue resolutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality requirements • Provide data quality training and awareness programs • Implement monitoring and reporting systems for data quality metrics and improvements • Present data quality findings to senior management • Continuously improve data quality processes and strategies • Design and develop databases • Perform data analysis for client project support • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes • Contribute to continual improvement of best practices • Collaborate with internal team members to meet client project needs • Explore industry data sources, analytical packages, database technologies, and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field • At least 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Database Developer or Engineer • Proven experience in data engineering, ETL, and data warehousing • Minimum of [X] years in a leadership role • Proficiency in data engineering technologies and tools • Strong project management skills • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with relevant industry or data domain expertise • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards • Hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies, including TSQL/Procedure development • Strong understanding of relational database architecture and concepts • Strong data analytical skills • High interest in emerging database technologies and trends • Professionalism, proactive communication, and ability to multitask in a versatile, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of life sciences claims data a plus • Experience with Big Data Technologies a plus
