📋 Description

• Lead the transition from AWS-managed services and existing cloud infrastructure toward EKS-based workloads • Design and maintain highly available, low-latency infrastructure on AWS/EKS with future portability in mind • Manage cloud resources, load balancers, autoscaling groups, and containerized workloads • Ensure cost efficiency, resilience, and smooth scaling as trading volumes increase • Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code for consistent, reproducible deployments • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments • Own monitoring, alerting, and performance visibility across the stack using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog • Drive improvements in uptime, latency, and fault recovery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles • Production experience operating at least one stateful or data infrastructure system in Kubernetes; Kafka/RedPanda or Postgres strongest signals; ClickHouse or Flink also relevant; Spark and Trino/Presto count when the platform was operated • Deep experience with AWS and production Kubernetes, especially EKS; ECS experience useful, but Kubernetes operational experience required • Strong background in Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools • Experience managing CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, load balancing, and microservices orchestration • Proven ability to design infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency workloads and high-frequency data systems • Experience tuning cloud and containerized workloads for optimal performance • Production experience operating, debugging, upgrading, or owning Kubernetes infrastructure • Prior experience with performance-critical web or trading systems • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration • Experience working within a mid-sized engineering team
