📋 Description

• Join a team of FDEs and Product Managers reporting to the Head of Product • Build relationships with the Sales team and act as the technical voice of the customer • Create relationships with Account Executives to drive pre-sales discovery, demos, solution design, POCs, and support • Help the Sales team size prospect deals during POC phases based on data-processing volume • Translate observability challenges into technical solutions using Tsuga • Deliver hands-on demonstrations addressing logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting pain points • Provide technical guidance on OpenTelemetry, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD integrations • Bridge customer needs and the product team and resolve small issues during POC phases • Respond to RFPs and support technical evaluations and procurement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Native English speaking (mandatory for the job) • 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, DevOps, SRE or former software engineer role, in a SaaS or observability-focused environment • Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, microservices, and monitoring/telemetry tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk • Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes • Ability to develop internal tooling when necessary to help customers succeed technically • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Comfort in fast-paced sales cycles and ability to adapt to customer-specific use cases
