📋 Description

• Manage and coach a team of engineers, providing feedback and career development discussions • Structure and sequence work and communicate status and quality metrics for deliverables • Partner with Product to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and engineering plans • Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive team culture • Contribute to the design and implementation of production systems • Own architectural decisions involving API design, integrations, and infrastructure • Lead operational readiness, including observability, AI-system evaluation, and testing • Keep AI applications efficient and cost-effective while scaling • Shape how AI is used across the company in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of production experience in Python • 2+ years of managing a team • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks • Demonstrated experience shipping a complex system with significant customer impact • Ability to work effectively across functions and levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be based in the United States • Current authorization to work in the United States • Turquoise does not sponsor employment visas or assume sponsorship of existing visas
