📋 Description

• Test web software using quality assurance best practices • Perform manual functional and regression testing • Perform automated regression testing, API and backend testing, and unit testing • Extract user scenarios from conversations and data and translate findings into manual and automated test plans • Build key aspects of automation efforts, establish best practices and experiment with new ideas • Design, implement and automate testing of enterprise applications • Identify test automation opportunities and implement solutions within the software development lifecycle • Maximize test coverage for critical business processes • Read requirements and execute manual testing plans • Learn multiple diverse enterprise web applications • Communicate with users to understand real-life usage, build test cases and unit tests • Organize and drive cross-product testing • Test APIs and backend SQL Servers • Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics and communicate issues • Collaborate with developers, administrators and product owner to ensure features meet business and quality requirements • Assist with product releases and post-release testing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with UI, API and Backend testing or IT-related degree • Experience in software development • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, Web API and Azure DevOps, or comparable technologies and willingness to learn new technologies • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate technical information clearly and concisely • Ability to coordinate cross-team efforts • This position is not eligible for employer sponsorship • U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in the listed states, including Arizona
