📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that align with business goals • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of self-service tools that enhance the investor experience • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and build solutions that improve business workflows • Develop scalable, reliable systems that meet the needs of both internal users and external investors • Ensure security, performance, and availability of our critical platforms • Participate in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of high-quality code

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs • Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and UIs that enable partners to access performance data, operational workflows, and program controls. • Experience with some or many of the following: Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, Python • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud native environment • Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines (Kafka, Spark, or similar) • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and data warehousing solutions • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
