📋 Description

• Provide complex and routine administrative services for Human Resources • Work closely with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, and other stakeholders to ensure HR requirements, policies, and procedures are successful • Maintain the employee system of record for Human Resources • Advise associates on a wide range of Human Resource matters • Lead the USHV onboarding program • Manage employee relations practices and promote employee commitment • Support associates with employee relations matters involving suspension or discharge • Help practices resolve conflicts and provide independent mediation where appropriate • Escalate HR business risks and other HR matters to the Regional HR Business Partner • Monitor and analyze turnover, unemployment, recruiting, and Workers' Compensation data • Take responsibility for HR-related projects and reports • Maintain workplace safety protocols, report hazards, and participate in required safety training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution • Three (3) years of Human Resources experience • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting • Experience with Paycom, HRIS system of record (preferred) • Experience in a medical environment (preferred)
