📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects • Oversee project plans, resources, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications • Define and execute the HR technology roadmap • Serve as product owner for HR systems, prioritize enhancements, manage backlog, and align technology investments with business and HR strategies • Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, compliance, release management, vendor management, and operational support • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, assess solutions, and deliver process improvements • Monitor KPIs, drive adoption, leverage workforce data and system metrics, and identify opportunities for process automation and improved user experience • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • UKG cloud experience • 7-9 years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline • 4-6 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing and managing teams • 4-6 years of experience serving as a Product Owner, System Owner, or Functional Lead for enterprise HR technology platforms • Demonstrated success leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives from planning through stabilization • Experience managing complex projects and programs, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, governance, timeline management, and executive stakeholder communications • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver strategic technology initiatives on time and within budget • Experience developing and managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancement backlogs, and balancing strategic initiatives with operational support • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, and Teams • Knowledge of HR business processes, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Workforce Management • Working knowledge of system integration concepts, including APIs, web services, and middleware • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions • Ability to design and create custom reports and dashboards
